Shipping policy

Production time. Two to five business days for printed apparel and accessories.
Embroidered items can take one to two days longer. Production time is separate
from transit time, and orders placed on a weekend begin production the next
business day.

Transit time. Domestic orders typically arrive three to five business days after
shipping. International orders vary widely by destination, commonly ten to
twenty business days.

Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the contents of
your order. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. Carriers can
take 24 to 48 hours to show the first scan; a link that looks inactive at first
is normal.

Split shipments. Orders containing several item types may be produced in
different facilities and arrive separately, at no extra charge to you.

Customs, duties and import taxes. International orders may attract import duties
and taxes set by the destination country and collected by the carrier on
delivery. These charges are not ours, are not included in your order total, and
cannot be refunded by us. Refused parcels returning to us are treated as an
incorrect-address case.

Where we ship. Anywhere our checkout accepts an address. If your country does
not appear at checkout, we cannot currently ship there.

Delays. Weather, customs inspections and peak-season carrier volume can add time
beyond these estimates. We will tell you what we know if you ask.
