By using this store or placing an order you agree to what follows.

The store. This site is operated by MEQENET. "We" and "us" mean the business;
"you" means the visitor or customer.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We
may decline or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, that we cannot produce,
or where a price or description was published in error. If we cancel a paid
order we refund it in full.

Prices and descriptions. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may
change without notice. We work to describe products accurately, but colours
shown on a screen are approximate and a printed garment will never match a
monitor exactly.

Made to order. Items are produced after purchase. See our refund policy for what
this means for returns.

Payment. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the card networks. By
submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that method.

Intellectual property. All artwork, designs, photographs, the MEQENET name and
the Amharic wordmark are owned by us and may not be reproduced, printed, resold
or used commercially without written permission. Buying a garment does not
transfer any rights in the design on it.

Your content. If you send us photographs, ideas or feedback, we may use them to
improve the store and, unless you tell us otherwise, may quote a review or
repost a photograph you sent us. You keep ownership of what you sent.

Acceptable use. Do not use the store unlawfully, attempt to breach its security,
scrape it, or resell our products as your own.

Third-party services. The store depends on Shopify, our fulfilment partner and
shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their independent acts or
outages, though we will help you sort out anything that goes wrong with your
order.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited
to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential
loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be
limited.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland,
United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you
order is the one that applies to that order.
